• Cancel orders if products become unavailable

If your order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed.

We do not store your payment card details.

7. Return & Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

Returned products must:

• Include the original invoice
• Pass quality inspection

Customized, engraved, resized, damaged, or worn jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless received in a defective condition.
